A bio-disc, and more particularly, a bio-disc, wherein health diagnosis can be performed by using an optical drive, is disclosed. The bio-disc includes a diagnostic region in which writing and reading of data is protected, and a recording region, except for the diagnostic region, in which writing and reading of data is permitted, wherein the diagnostic region includes an injection chamber provided with an inlet through which a reagent is injected, and at least one diagnostic channel to assay the reagent, connected to the injection chamber.
