Disclosed is a visible medical treatment material suitable as a material for inhibiting the adhesion in a living body, a hemostatic material and the like. The medical treatment material comprises an at least two-component crosslinkable composition, wherein the at least two-component crosslinkable composition comprises at least: an uncrosslinked crosslinkable polysaccharide derivative which has an active ester group capable of reacting with an active hydrogen in the co-presence of an alkali and introduced into a polysaccharide side chain thereof; and a carbonate component which comprises at least one carbonate capable of producing a bivalent carbonate ion and contained at a ratio of 0.03 or more by mass relative to the mass of the polysaccharide derivative.
