ANIMATION AUTOMATIC GENERATING APPARATUS OF USER-BASED AND ITS METHOD

PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically generating a user customized animation and a method thereof are provided to make a service area different based on an IPTV, generate a user customized 3D model and match the model with an animation, thereby obtaining an accurate result. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(30) for automatically generating a user customized animation includes a pre-processor(31), a subtraction operating unit, a histogram writing unit(34), a weight applying unit(35) and a face information search unit(37). The pre-processor extracts a color value by performing color model conversion on contents. The subtraction operating unit performs a subtraction operation between frames of contents using a color value to generate chroma. The subtraction operating unit adds pixels based on the chroma to generate a chroma color value. When the chroma color value is larger than a preset value, the histogram writing unit writes a histogram of classified scene change candidate groups to calculate an accumulation sum of color values per a frame area. The weight applying unit applies a preset set weight to the accumulation sum.
