PURPOSE: A plasma display apparatus is provided to prevent the distortion of a driving signal by reducing circuit impedance by using an inductor arranged in a driving unit. CONSTITUTION: In a plasma display apparatus, a driving unit supplies a scan reference voltage and a scan signal to a scan electrode for an address period and supplies a sustain signal to a scan electrode for a sustain period. The driving unit includes an energy storage, a scan integrated circuit, an inductor, an energy supply switch, an energy recovery switch, a base switch, and a common voltage power supply. The scan integrated circuit(510) between the first switches and the second switches is connected to the scan electrode, and an energy supply switch(530) supplies an energy stored in the energy storage to the scan electrode. The energy recovery switch(540) collects the voltage of the scan electrode to the energy storage. A common voltage power source(560) supplies the sustain voltage and scan standard voltage to the scan electrode. |
