PURPOSE: An apparatus for applying an outer surface of an inner pipe of a mounting rubber is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and improve productivity by performing a drying process automatically to settle and dry chemicals efficiently. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for applying an outer surface of an inner pipe of a mounting rubber comprises the followings: a heating chamber(10) in which a heater(12) is installed; a chain conveyor(20) having a plurality of transfer rods on a side; an inner pipe input part(30) inputting an inner pipe to a transfer rod; a chemical applying part(40) having a chemical supply roller(44) and a chemical storage(46); and an inner pipe discharge part(50) having a tilting member and a reservoir(54).
