<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain detection of a state of two directions of a display device by a simpler configuration. <P>SOLUTION: In the display device comprising a hinge unit 4 for rotatably connecting a device body 2 with a display unit 3 by making a first and a second rotation axes A, B whose directions are different each other to be as each center, the display unit 3 is opened and closed relating to the device body 2 by integrally rotating the display unit 3 and the hinge unit 4 by making the first rotation axis A to be a center, while the display unit 3 becomes a non-inverting state or an inverting state by rotating relating to the hinge unit 4 by making the second rotation axis B to be a center. One object 30 to be detected is provided in the hinge unit 4, then an opening closing detection sensor 32 provided at a position shifted from the first rotation axis A detects an opening/closing state of the display unit 3 in response to a relative positional relationship with the body 30 to be detected, while an inversion detection sensor 34 provided at a position shifted from the second rotation axis B detects the display unit 3 whether the non-inverting state or the inverting state in response to the relative positional relationship with the body 30 to be detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
