<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell using La<SB>1-y</SB>Sr<SB>y</SB>Ni<SB>1-x</SB>Fe<SB>x</SB>O<SB>3</SB>for an air electrode, which improves power generation performance in a temperature of 800°C or more and 1,000°C or less. <P>SOLUTION: In a solid oxide fuel cell operation method for solid oxide fuel cells, each including an air electrode, a fuel electrode and a solid electrolyte existing between the air electrode and the fuel electrode, the air electrode is provided with a porous material containing a composition represented by La<SB>1-y</SB>Sr<SB>y</SB>Ni<SB>1-x</SB>Fe<SB>x</SB>O<SB>3</SB>and having its composition range represented by 0≤y≤0.2 and 0.3≤x≤0.7, and a temperature of the cells is set to 800°C or more and 1,000°C or less during regular operation of the solid oxide fuel cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
