<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate supporting device by which a support shaft hardly comes out of a support table, and to provide an electronic component mounting device for mounting electronic components on a substrate supported by the substrate supporting device. <P>SOLUTION: The support shaft 9 held in an upright posture by being inserted into holes 61 and 71 bored in plates 6 and 7 from the other end portion side to support the substrate with one end portion in a horizontal posture is provided with a magnet 21, covered with a magnetic shield 22 allowing magnetic force to operate in a direction to the other end portion side, movably along the axis, and a peripheral part of at least the hole 61 of the plate 6 is made of a magnetic body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
