<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope capable of efficiently transmitting a drive force regardless of the organ or the inner diameter of a tube. <P>SOLUTION: In the endoscope provided with a soft part, a distal end part, and an operation part, the soft part has one or more expandable balloon provided around an outside wall surface on the side of distal end part, a tube which is connected to the balloon inside to send the air or liquid to the balloon , and a wire for transmitting rotational force to the balloon. The operation part has a balloon adjustment part for adjusting an amount of the air or liquid to send into the tube and a rotating operation part for rotating the wire.
