PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the miniaturization of a device while preventing the leakage of laser light and enhancing safety. SOLUTION: The upper and lower roller sections 2 and 3 of a conveying mechanism 1 are disposed facing each other while bringing a first belt 6 for the upper roller section and second belts 12 and 13 for the lower roller section in face-contact with each other. A light emitting unit 14 is disposed in the open portion 15 surrounded by the rollers 10 and 11 and the second belts 12 and 13 so as to emit the laser light from beneath to above, further, flange portions 7 and 8 are disposed at both edges of the first belt 6.
