PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the synergistic effect of the utilization of a store apparatus in a store and member registration on a web site by effectively accelerating the utilization of the store apparatus in the store by a member of the web site and effectively accelerating the member registration on the web site by a user of the store apparatus. SOLUTION: By a user terminal utilized by the member, output information outputted from the store apparatus installed in a store is acquired, and access capable of specifying that the output information is already acquired is executed to a server. By the server which publicizes on the web site member occupancy information which is changeable information imparted to each member who has performed prescribed member registration, the access from the user terminal is received (S251, S263), and access correspondence change processing for changing the member occupancy information of the member utilizing the user terminal of the access origin is performed (S256, S261, S264) according to the received access.
