PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a synthetic resin skin material having high drawing transferability to a synthetic resin sheet, and suitable for continuous drawing work for the synthetic resin sheet. SOLUTION: The manufacturing device for a synthetic resin skin material is provided with: a first drawing endless belt 10 provided freely rotatably; a second endless belt 12 provided freely rotatably; a heating panel 18; a heating press panel 22; a cooling panel 20; and a cooling press panel 24. The manufacturing method includes: a draw-pressing process for conveying the synthetic resin sheet 30 between the first drawing endless belt 10 and the second endless belt 12, and for sandwiching and draw-pressing the synthetic resin sheet 30 between the heating press panel 22 and the heating panel 18; and a cooling process for cooling the synthetic resin sheet 30 passed through the draw-pressing process between the cooling press panel 24 and the cooling panel 20.
