<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage an elapsed time from completing preheating or charging cooked objects so that a user may perform successful cooking. <P>SOLUTION: The induction cooker includes a preheating control means using a heating control means for preheating a cooking vessel, a counting means for counting an elapsed time from completing the preheating, and an informing means for informing of the elapsed time from completing the preheating.
