<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a cause of various heat problems which are caused by a high ambient temperature inside a packaged air-cooled screw compressor including an electric motor having a both-end drive shaft and a multi-fin fan having an ability to suck air from both sides. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In order to achieve the purpose, the packaged air-cooled screw compressor sucks air from an electric motor for a multi-fin fan having an ability to suck air from both sides to cool the electric motor, and the suction from the other side ventilates inside the unit to lower the inside ambient temperature.
