<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system of an industrial vehicle for cargo handling which accurately extracts a driving operation deteriorating the efficiency even if it is an industrial vehicle for cargo handling for performing not only the traveling but also a cargo handling. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The control system 100 is equipped with a traveling workload calculation means, a cargo handling lifting workload calculation means, an operation variable acquisition means for acquiring a plurality of operation variables for representing an operation state of a forklift 10, a consumed amount acquisition means, a storage means constituted so as to store a total workload per unit consumed amount of a fuel as the efficiency, a variable extraction means which extracts the operation variable having a large influence on the total workload per unit consumed amount of the fuel, and an output device 62 which outputs the indication for improving the total workload per unit consumed amount of the fuel based on the result extracted in the variable extraction means.
