PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum sheet material for a battery case which is excellent in laser weldability, and particularly does not occur irregular beads. SOLUTION: The aluminum sheet contains 0.02 to 0.10% Si, is limited to≤0.30% in Fe content, and consists of the balance Al and inevitable impurities.
