PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aid parking of a vehicle to a safety place by effectively using criminal occurrence data. SOLUTION: When a destination is designated to a destination setting section 11, a request of searching a parking lot is generated. A parking lot around the destination is retrieved from a map database 32, and safety of the parking lot is estimated by looking up a crime occurrence database 31 in which data of a place where crime for a vehicle such as breaking into a vehicle occurs is accumulated.
