<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating traveling device that can be easily operated, has a large carrying capacity, can cope with tall agricultural products or tall obstacles, and further, is applicable to a sloping land or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Each propeller 20, 20, and 20 is arranged in each of three ducts 10, 10, and 10 formed on an airframe unit 100. Wind force generated by the propellers is jetted to the land surface or the water surface through skirts 30, 30, and 30 mounted below the ducts 10 so as to allow the airframe to float. A rotational frequency and/or a pitch angle of each propeller are/is adjusted so as to travel in a desired direction. A hollow tank 40 to be loaded with powder or liquid is provided in the airframe unit 100 so as to allow the powder or liquid to be sprayed downward from nozzles 50, 50, and 50 together with floating air via the ducts 10 and the skirts 30.
