<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment-friendly hydraulic press which reduces the waste of electrical energy and reduces the generation of CO<SB>2</SB>regarded as the main cause of warming which is a world environmental problem. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The environment-friendly hydraulic press includes: a first hydraulic line 51; a second hydraulic line 52; and a third hydraulic line 53, wherein a second solenoid valve 7b is provided between hydraulic piping 63 extending from the second branching point b of the first hydraulic line 51 and hydraulic piping 67 extending from the fourth branching point d of the second hydraulic line 52 via a fourth check valve 18d, and an accumulator 8 is connected to hydraulic piping 65 branched from the fifth branching point e of the hydraulic piping 63 via the second solenoid valve 7b.
