PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-static filament nonwoven fabric that has high elongation, formability, excellent abrasion resistance, and is suitably useful for cushioning material, electronic part tray, carrier tape, or the like, and has excellent thermoformability. SOLUTION: The anti-static nonwoven fabric is a nonwoven fabric composed of a thermoplastic filament, has a birefringence of the filament of not more than 0.025 and contains 3-30 wt.% of an anti-static substance.
