<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing device capable of preventing change of the brightness of a segment display part in a game machine between a transmission state and non-transmission state of discharged ball number specifying signals. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The dispensing device is connected to a game machine having a plurality of segment display parts for displaying the valuable value held by a player. In the dispensing device, a dispensing number specifying signal and a loading starting signal are output from signal lines to output display data signal lines in a period when display part selecting signals are not output, and when a prescribed cycle is elapsed after the output of the loading starting signal in the period when the display part selecting signal is not output, the dispensing number specifying signal is output.
