<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a receiver to easily reject the reception of a mail even in the state where the history of transmission/reception remains. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the E-mail, the first mail address is set as a transmission source, the second mail address is set as a destination, information for identifying the e-mail of a return source is set, and a method for identifying the e-mail of a transfer source is set. A system includes an access controlling device for permitting the reception of the mail if it is within the range of an expiration date which is set by each mail when the transmitter of the return source or transfer source mail has the same address as the second mail address.
