<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a capacity which is not necessary to reproduce a play list is dubbed in a case that clips referred to by a plurality of play items present in the play list are identical when dubbing the play list. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Recording is performed by using an information recording device provided with a control part 105 which when the play items refer to one clip, divides the one clip in a management file inside a recording medium and performs association such that each divided clip corresponds to each of the play items.
