Provided is a printed wiring substrate unit having a circuit element such as a power module (3) mounted on a printed circuit substrate (2). The printed wiring substrate unit can be prevented from becoming larger in size, by simplifying the constitution of a connecting portion while using a connecting member such as a terminal table (10) capable of coping with a higher electric current than that of the prior art. A connecting member (10) is fixed on the printed circuit substrate (2) thereby to connect a terminal pin (3a) of the circuit element (3) and an electric wiring line (8). The connecting member (10) is constituted to include an attachment portion (14) to be attached onto the printed circuit substrate (2), a terminal connecting portion (11) for connecting the terminal pin (3a) of the circuit element (3), and a wiring connecting portion (12) for connecting the electric wiring line (8). Moreover, the electric circuit is made to include a power main circuit and a control circuit, and the electric wiring line is made into the electric wiring line of the power main circuit.
