The station has an upper tank and a lower tank for accomodating a liquid, a liquid turbine (4) and a pump (6), where an underground cavern (1) is utilized as lower tank in the soil of natural water and natural waterbodies function as upper tank. The natural water is around a sea or lake. The liquid turbine is arranged on the soil of natural water by the underground cavern. The liquid turbine stands on a base and is arranged above the water surface of natural water. A connecting tube line (9) is provided between an atmosphere and the underground cavern.
