The hinge part has a large gap formed between a lid (1) and a rear roof area (2). Paint or paint spray is applied on the hinge part and an adjacent surface region, via the gap during a painting process. The lid is pivotable about a hinge axis (6) and connected with a hinge component (8) via a connecting part (11) i.e. screw. The hinge component is pivotable from a normal position to a painting position about the hinge axis at an angle in the range of 140 to 220 degrees, by the disengaged or unused connecting part. The hinge component is pivotably connected with the lid.
