PURPOSE: An idle blow prevention structure of a hydraulic breaker is provided to prevent friction and friction heat with simple structure and to prevent idle blow of a breaker. CONSTITUTION: An idle blow prevention structure of a hydraulic breaker is composed of a back head(100), a cylinder(200), and a front head(300). The back head has a gas chamber inside. A piston(400) and a control valve(700) are installed in the cylinder. A chisel(500) is installed in the front head. An idle blow preventive port(290) is formed in the cylinder and is composed of a first idle blow preventive flow passage(290a) and a second idle blow flow passage(290b). The first idle blow preventive flow passage and the second idle blow flow passage connect a supply flow passage(240) supplying the actuating fluid and a cylinder chamber(200a) in which a piston is installed. |
