The lighting device has an intermediate light disk (12) arranged between a light source (1) e.g. LED, and a light disk (3), and fastened to a housing (13). An opening (9) is formed in the intermediate light disk, and light emitted from a light source (11) is passed and emitted by the light disk (3) through the opening. A light input face (5) is formed in a region of the intermediate light disk, and light emitted from the light source (1) enters into the intermediate light disk and guided to another region in the intermediate light disk over the input face.
