MOBILE COMMUNICATION METHOD, MOBILE STATION, AND WIRELESS ACCESS NETWORK APPARATUS

When a mobile station (UE) is on standby in an LTE-type system, a function (EMM) transmits a service request signal including a CSFB to an MME.  The MME transmits setting information including the CSFB to an eNB in response to the service request signal transmitted by the function (EMM).  The eNB transmits instruction information which instructs to select a cell in a WCDMA/GSM-type system to a function (AS) in response to the setting information transmitted by the MME.  The function (AS) selects the cell in the WCDMA/GSM-type system according to the instruction information transmitted by the eNB.  A function (MM) sets line switching communication via the cell in the WCDMA/GSM-type system selected by the function (AS).
