SUSTAINED RELEASED POLYMER NANOPARTICLE FORMULATION CONTAINING WATER-INSOLUBLE DRUGS

PURPOSE: A controlled-release polymer nanoparticle formulation and an agent containing the same for oral administration and injection are provided to improve elution rate of biphenyl-dimethyl-dicarboxylate(BDD) which is water-insoluble drug and effectively treats liver diseases. CONSTITUTION: A controlled-release polymer nanoparticle formulation comprises a polymer nanoparticle in which biphenyl dimethyl dicarboxylate(BDD) is dipped to biodegradable polymer and poly-D-lactic acid-co-glycolic acid(PLGA). The ratio of BDD and PLGA is 0.5-5:10-100 weight parts. The polymer nanoparticle further comprises an emulsifier coating layer.
