PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a bicycle with a child seat in a safety structure avoiding turnover and develop a bicycle or the like that can be effectively used even after a child grows up. SOLUTION: A coupling bar is installed at a position forward and behind of a saddle of a bicycle with a child seat and at a high position between wheels, and one or more child seats or beds with pulleys are set below the coupling bar so as to be suspended movably. When the bicycle falls, the bicycle is stabilized and does not overturn because the pulleys at a lower end of the seat contacts the ground and the top place coupling bar is supported and stabilized, a right-angled triangle is formed between the inclined bicycle body and a prop of the child seat, and the child seat form an isosceles triangle with the lower pulley. Peace and safety can be ensured in the bicycle, a bicycle with an electric motor, or a motorcycle because a child is safely protected in a sitting posture even when the bicycle falls dangerously and the vehicle body does not overturn.
