<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular body structure capable of preventing any contact at a break line part between a slide door and a roof side part when closing the slide door. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The vehicular body structure comprises a roof side part of a body having a recess 10 in which a back side of an upper end of a slide door is stored in a non-contact state while the slide door is closed, and a weather strip 40 which is fitted to the recess 10 along a peripheral edge of an opening of an entrance 20, and held between the roof side part and the slide door in an elastically deformable manner while the slide door is closed. The weather strip 40 has a projecting plate part 43 which is elastically deformable and projected forward of the entrance 20 along an edge of the recess. The projecting plate part 43 is held between a front part of the recess 10 and a back side of a front part of the slide door when closing the slide door to prevent any contact of the front part of the recess 10 with the front part of the slide door.
