<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase in cost and power consumption, and collect and diffuse a direction of wind from a fan by a structure which eliminates the necessity of a space around the fan. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Because fins 18 are arranged throughout a blow-out port of a fan 14, the entire wind blown out from the fan 14 can be directed to an optional direction. Further, by making movable parts slidable independently from each other, a wind direction caused by the fins 18 arranged above the center and a wind direction caused by the fins arranged below the center are changeable independently from each other, consequently five wind direction (i.e., entirely upper direction, entirely lower direction, collected to center direction, diffused directions, parallel direction) can be produced and thereby providing versatility. In addition, because a cover 19 has its periphery which has the same size as that of the plurality of fans 14, this mechanism can be adopted even when a sufficient space cannot be secured around the fan 14 for the parallel arrangement of the fins 18, and thereby achieving reduction in the space.
