<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group insurance management system for reducing a work burden of a person in charge of a group. <P>SOLUTION: The group insurance management system 1 stores: subscriber data 32 including group identification information, insured person identification information, insured person section identification information about a group insurance; a storage history 33 including the group identification information and a normal group insurance being an accumulated amount obtained by accumulating insurances of insured persons belonging to the group on a monthly basis; and a person contract basic data 35 including the identification number of an insured person and an insurance per month, and receives transfer data 23 including a transfer reason, the occurrence time of the transfer reason, the identification information of an insured person and changed information from a group terminal 2. The system 1 updates the normal group insurance being the accumulated amount obtained by accumulating insurances of insured persons belonging to the group on a monthly basis after the occurrence time of the transfer reason in the storage history 33 on the basis of the subscriber data 32, the transfer data 23, the storage history 33 and the personal contract basic data 35, and calculates a payment amount being a difference in the accumulated amount on a monthly basis before and after update. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
