PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide manipulation device which can ensure a large substrate area and requires only a small installation space in the width direction, and also to provide a slide control panel equipped with the same. SOLUTION: The slide manipulation device 10A is equipped with a main body 20A of a setting section including a manipulator (coupling rod 23 and knob portion 24) and a frame 25 configured to slidably support the manipulator, a substrate 40A, and a mounting portion 30. The mounting portion 30 has a planar member 61, an opposing part 62t facing a manipulation panel 2, and a portion 64 for fixing the planar member 61 to the back of the manipulation panel. The main body 20A of the setting section extends in a direction T intersecting the opposing part 62t and in a sliding direction S of the manipulator. The manipulator extends outward from the interior of the frame 25. The mounting portion 30 holds the main body 20A of the setting section on one side of the planar member 61 while holding the substrate 40A on the other side of the planar member 61.
