PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spare tire accommodating structure capable of certainly supporting a spare tire while suppressing an increase in weight. SOLUTION: The spare tire 20 is placed in the neighborhood of the intersection C of a side member 2 on a side opposite a side where an exhaust pipe 13 is installed with a central cross-member 3, and undersurfaces 2a and 3a of the side member 2 and the central cross-member 3 are formed as an abutting surface 21 of the spare tire 20. Even if a thrust-up force from the ground surface is applied to the spare tire 20, the spare tire 20 can be supported certainly by a high rigidity part at a body side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
