<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure amplifying device which, when change of input pressure is insignificant, stably and finely changes an output pressure with a small gain, and, when change of the input pressure is significant, rapidly and significantly changes the output pressure with a large gain; and to provide an electro-pneumatic convertor capable of appropriately controlling opening of a valve. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the pressure amplifying device, to which a supply pressure and the input pressure are supplied, for amplifying and changing pressure in accordance with change of the input pressure by elastic deformation of a diaphragm, a displacement adjusting mechanism for adjusting displacement of the diaphragm is provided for an outer circumference support part of the diaphragm so that a pressure receiving area of the diaphragm changes according to the change of the input pressure and the gain changes.
