<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine equipped with both an advertisement device 10, capable of storing a general-size advertisement panel 11 and an operation device, such as, a reader 20 reading information from a cell phone, an IC card, and not requiring change in the arrangement or the size of a commodity sample display chamber 4 or a commodity removal port 7. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The reader 20 acquiring the information comprises a customer service part 22, exposed and disposed on a customer service face of a front door 1; and a body part 21, disposed in the rear of the customer service part 22. A part of the advertisement device 10 is positioned, in a space formed between the customer service part 22 of the reader 20 in the customer service face of the front door 1 and the body part 21 in the rear of the customer service part, and the body part 21 of the reader 20 is disposed in the rear of the advertisement device 10. A general-size advertisement panel can be used as the advertisement panel 11 of the advertisement device 10, while being equipped with the reader 20, and it is not necessary to change the arrangement or the size of the commodity sample display chamber 4 or the commodity removal port 7.
