<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent gas barrier laminated body for preventing adhering strength from lowering of a transparent deposited thin film layer comprising an inorganic oxide to a base film comprising a polyamide resin and a packaging body using the laminated body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The transparent gas barrier laminated body 10 is constituted by laminating a heat sealable resin layer 13 onto a gas barrier covering layer of a transparent gas barrier film 11 constituted by laminating an easily-adherable layer 112, an anchor coat layer 113, a transparent deposited thin film layer 114 comprising the inorganic oxide, and a gas barrier covering layer 115 formed by coating on one face side of the base material film 111 comprising the polyamide resin in series and coating a water-repellent film 116 on the other face side, via an adhesive layer 12. In the trans parent gas barrier film, the maximum energy value of heat seal strength measured based on the method defined by JISZ1707 is 0.05 Nm or more after carrying out heat-sealing of the heat sealable resin layer and submerging the same into water.
