PREFABRICATED PALLET

Disclosed is a prefabricated pallet with an improved structure featuring a reduced weight and a simplified connection structure to be able to cut down the production and recovery costs.  A prefabricated pallet according to the present invention comprises: a vertical member having a first connection element disposed in a longitudinal direction on the upper surface or on the lower surface, the connection element having an insertion space defined by an insert plate; a cross member having a second connection element disposed in the longitudinal direction on the lower surface in the same pattern as the first connection element; and a bracket composed of a rectangular upper insert plate and a rectangular lower insert plate, the upper and lower insert plates being separated by a post plate and inserted respectively into the insertion space of the first connection element and the insertion space of the second connection element to connect the cross member onto or underneath the vertical member at right angles.  Here, the interior hollow space of the vertical member is formed from a four-corner frame in a grid pattern, a circular frame is formed in a longitudinal direction on the central axis of the vertical member, and ribs are formed in four directions of the circular frame, extending towards the four-corner frame.  Further, to reinforce the endurance, intersecting ribs, or angular bars and round bars are inserted into the lateral side frames of the four-corner frame, the lateral side frames each being a four-corner frame.  In addition, on the edge of the upper surface of the cross member is formed a groove into which a bolt is embedded upside down, with its head facing downward, and a wall member and the screw of the embedded inverted bolt are then locked and assembled together in a box form.  Also, a multiplicity of protrusions is formed on the inner surfaces of the first and second connection elements and of the bracket to remove gap tolerance and to prevent separation between the members.
