PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transportation medium for cosmetics, having excellent and uniform dispersion stability. SOLUTION: Provided are microspheres for cosmetics, which are vesicles having lipid double membrane structure outer shells comprising bis(N-lauroylglutamyl)lysine, and a homopolymer or copolymer using the amino acid or amine derivative of (meth)acrylic acid as a constituting monomer, as the transportation means. The homopolymer or copolymer is preferably methacryloyloxyethylphosphorylcholine homopolymer and/or polymethacryloyl lysine. In addition, it is preferable to contain an active ingredient selected from the group consisting ofε,γ-glutamyl lysine, Coptis japonica extract, Achillea sibirica extract, Hypericum erectum extract, Eugenia aromatica extract, ursolic acid compounds, Citrus poonensis extract and sphingoglycolipid, in the microspheres for cosmetics.
