PURPOSE: A method for producing bamboo case liquor is provided to prevent removal of vacuum of container and bamboo case and improve productivity of liquor. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing bamboo case liquor comprises: a step of injecting liquor(40) into bamboo case(41); a step of placing bamboo case; a step of filling water in a liquor injection container(10) then inhaling with vacuum to decompressing; a step of sterilizing water with heat and discharging Bambusae Caulis in Liquamen; a step of cooling the liquor injection container in vacuum; a step of automatically inhaling liquor of a liquor tank(20) inside the liquor injection container; a step of automatically inhaling liquor to the bamboo case; and a step of withdrawing the bamboo case from liquor injection container then coating a sealing material. |
