PURPOSE: A path conjunctival membrane for a railway vehicle is provided to form an inner bellows and an outer bellows as a double structure and to increase the assembility. CONSTITUTION: A path conjunctival membrane for a railway vehicle comprises an inner bellows(10), an outer bellows(20), a fixed frame(30) and a connecting frame(40). The inner bellows forms a path. A plurality of outer bellows has a fixed wing(21). A fixed blade is inserted in the opening of the inner bellows. The fixed blade is inserted and fixed in the end of the inner bellows and the fixed frame. The connecting frame includes a connection part(41). The connection part is pressed, inserted and fixed in the end part of the both ends of the inner bellows and the end of the fixed blade. The connection frame is fixed in a fixing member using a fixing part.
