PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize ejecting of a high-viscosity liquid by optimizing a quantity of the liquid ejected from a nozzle and a quantity of the liquid supplied to a pressure chamber by a size of an opening of the nozzle and a size of an opening of a supply part. SOLUTION: The liquid ejecting head used for this liquid ejecting method has nozzles from which the liquid is ejected, pressure chambers which give pressure change to the liquid for making the liquid ejected from the nozzles, and the supply part which communicates with the pressure chambers and supplies the liquid to the pressure chambers. A viscosity of the liquid is within a range of not smaller than 6 mPa s and not larger than 20 mPa s. An area of the nozzle opening of the side where the liquid is ejected is not larger than 1/10 of an area of the opening of the supply part that is an opening of the pressure chamber side.
