PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a filter cartridge is provided to product the filter cartridge having improved filtering performance with low cost, and to increase production efficiency of the filter cartridge. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a filter cartridge includes a step for forming a core(S10), a step for producing a filter medium(S20), and a step for sealing an end of the filter medium(S30). The core is formed by winding first non-woven fabric, and the first non-woven fabric is made of composite fiber. The filter medium is formed by winding second non-woven fabric and third non-woven fabric. The second non-woven fabric is made of melt blown thermoplastic fiber.
