<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress accumulation of liquid water within a fuel cell stack. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell stack is formed by erecting in the horizontal direction unit cells each including an electrolyte membrane, electrodes formed on both sides of the electrolyte membrane, reinforcing materials 14a arranged on both sides of the electrolyte membrane so as to position in the outer edge parts of the electrolyte membrane, and a separator 20 arranged on the surfaces of the electrode and the reinforcing material 14a, and including a reaction gas passage 21 through which reaction gas supplying to each electrode flows, and the fuel cell stack includes a manifold 42a formed in the longitudinally arranging direction of the unit cells so as to communicate with the reaction gas passage 21, and having a horizontal part 100a in a part of the outer peripheral part communicating with the reaction gas passage 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
