<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent thermal deformation of a reflector due to generation of heat of a semiconductor-type light source. <P>SOLUTION: The reflector 20 made of a synthetic resin material is positioned and fixed at a heat sink member 40, since a deformation preventing means 80 for preventing warpage deformation of the reflector 20 between the reflector 20 and the heat sink member 40 mutually is provided at a position separating from the positioned and fixed part, warpage deformation of the reflector 20 by generation of heat of the semiconductor-type light source 10 is prevented.
