<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a size of a memory device mounted on a wiring board for a memory card, while securing connection between the wiring board and the memory device. <P>SOLUTION: This semiconductor memory card 1t is provided with the wiring board 2 having an outer shape provided with a cut-out part 6 in the first long side 5A. The second face 2b of the wiring board 2 has a connection pad 10 arranged along a portion excepting the cut-out part 6 in the first long side 5A. The memory device 12 is mounted on the second face 2b of the wiring board 2. The memory device 12 has an electrode pad 13 arrayed shiftedly to correspond to an arrangement position of the connection pad 10, along a long side 12a positioned in the vicinity of the first long side 5A of the wiring board 2.
