<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment apparatus and a water treating method further rationally treating organic fluorine compound-containing treating object water, remarkably increased in treating efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In the water treatment apparatus, a sequencer 3 controls the number of operated nanometer bubble generators among four nanometer bubble generators 31-34, according to the concentration of the organic fluorine compound in the treating object water detected by the height of bubbles generated on the water level 40 of the treating object water by an inflow water bubble level sensing part 9. Thus, the organic fluorine compound contained in the treating object water in a nanometer bubble generating and decomposing part 10 can be decomposed by making sufficient use of strong oxidation decomposition power possessed in the nanometer bubbles. A pH adjuster 76 adjusts pH of the treating object water based on the pH of the treating object water measured by a pH meter 75, to set pH of the treating object water to a neutral range of pH 5.8-8.6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
