<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control apparatus detecting abnormality of a motor before the motor completely breaks down, namely, in an initial stage of breakdown with respect to insulation deterioration due to long time use. <P>SOLUTION: A multiplier 7 obtains an input power Pin from a DC power supply based on DC power voltage Vdc detected by a DC power voltage detecting part 5 and a DC power current Idc detected by a DC power current detector 6. A subtracter obtains a deflection between a power which is proportionally double as much as the input power Pin from the DC power supply and a calculated real input power Pe, and it is set to be a power deflection ΔP. When a size of the power deflection ΔP exceeds a threshold ref1 which is previously set or when the size exceeds the threshold and a torque command Tqc which a speed control part 14 outputs exceeds a threshold ref2 which is previously set, a state of the motor 11 is detected to be abnormal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
